- Lead and develop multi-disciplinary engineering teams across 5+ APAC markets
- Drive engineering strategy alignment with regional business objectives
- Oversee capital projects ($50M+ portfolio) from conception to completion
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and compliance frameworks
- Forge partnerships with C-suite stakeholders and government entities
- Optimize engineering operations through digital transformation initiatives
- Mentor regional engineering talent through technical leadership programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 12+ years engineering experience with 5+ years in regional leadership
- PMP or PE certification mandatory
- Proven track record in APAC infrastructure/commercial projects
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams across 3+ countries
- Expertise in BIM, IoT, and smart building technologies
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
