We are seeking a visionary APAC Sales Development Leader to join a pioneering technology company at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation. In this critical leadership role, you will architect, build, and drive the enterprise Sales Development organization across the Asia Pacific region.
As the Sales Development Leader, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, hiring and mentoring a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and implementing best-in-class processes that generate top-of-funnel pipeline for the enterprise sales team. You will work closely with regional sales leaders, marketing, and operations to align SDR activities with go-to-market priorities and revenue targets.
This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles, a proven ability to scale teams, and a passion for developing talent. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and data-driven decision making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the APAC sales development strategy to drive pipeline generation and meet revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a world-class team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across key APAC markets.
- Design and optimize lead qualification processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise sales workflows.
- Implement metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track team performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to refine target persona definitions and outbound campaigns.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional development within the SDR organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform SDR playbooks and outreach strategies.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of experience in sales development, demand generation, or sales leadership within the enterprise SaaS or AI sectors.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams across multiple APAC regions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, lead generation tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural leadership skills with experience managing teams in diverse markets.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing metrics and using insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
