Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including greeting residents and visitors, answering inquiries, and handling phone calls
- Check in/out guests and manage visitor registration system efficiently
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other departments to address resident concerns promptly
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for residents
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and communications
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and documentation
- Uphold property standards and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and follow established protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in using office software and property management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and positive attitude representing the property brand
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Problem-solving skills with ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
