Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily apartment operations including check-in/check-out processes and guest services
- Manage and train apartment staff, ensuring performance standards and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor inventory control and budget adherence for operational supplies
- Implement safety and security protocols for residents and visitors
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or property management supervision
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of local tourism regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
