Join Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. as a Senior API Developer and take the lead in architecting robust, scalable, and secure API solutions. In this homebased role, you will leverage your advanced Java expertise to design and implement APIs that drive our strategic initiatives. We are looking for a technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about clean code, cloud integration, and system performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of API development, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance. Your deep understanding of AWS architecture and API integration standards will be crucial in building solutions that are not only efficient but also resilient in a distributed environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-quality, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs using Java and AWS services.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of strategic API solutions for enterprise clients.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Optimize API performance, latency, and throughput to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Integrate third-party services and legacy systems using modern API standards (SOAP, REST).
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bugs in the API layer efficiently.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define API requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior API Developer or Software Engineer with strong Java proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, and CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of API design principles, security, and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, API Keys).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote/homebased setting.
