In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our critical business applications. You will leverage industry-leading Application Performance Management (APM) tools to monitor system health, diagnose complex performance issues, and implement strategic solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and DevOps engineers, to drive continuous improvement across our software ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze application performance using APM tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or AppDynamics to ensure high availability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and latency issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with software development and IT operations teams to implement performance best practices and coding standards.
- Generate and present comprehensive performance reports and insights to stakeholders to guide decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for application errors and degradation events.
- Optimize database queries and API responses to improve overall system speed.
- Participate in the deployment of monitoring solutions and maintenance of existing APM environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Application Performance Management or Systems Analysis.
- Strong proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, Prometheus) and logging frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) is a plus.
