Kualifikasi
- Passion for Apple products and a deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem

- Strong product knowledge of iPhones, iPads, Mac computers, and Apple services
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, accessible terms
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
