- Oversee end-to-end quality assurance processes for appliance manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control standards and compliance protocols
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality assurance professionals
- Conduct root cause analysis of product defects and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality specifications are met
- Manage internal and external quality audits and certification processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, product compliance, or technical services
- Proven track record in appliance manufacturing quality assurance preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and relevant industry standards
- Expertise in quality management systems and statistical process control
- Excellent leadership skills with team development experience
- Proficient in quality assurance tools (FMEA, 8D, PPAP)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
