Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting the right appliances based on their needs and budget.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain the showroom floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer records in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers.
