As our Application Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for ITSM-related inquiries, managing the lifecycle of technical tickets from initiation to resolution. You will not only resolve incidents but also identify recurring issues to implement preventative measures. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee ITSM tickets related to enterprise-wide applications, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring technical issues and implement sustainable technical fixes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal cross-functional teams to deploy application patches and updates.
- Monitor application performance and system availability to minimize downtime.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles for end-users.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system modules or application upgrades.
- Maintain system configuration records and ensure data integrity across enterprise platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an application support, systems analyst, or helpdesk role.
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL certification is a major plus).
- Proficiency in managing enterprise-grade applications and troubleshooting complex software environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with SQL or basic database management is highly desirable.
