- Design, implement, and maintain the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other clinical management applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for software upgrades and new modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for IT projects.
- Manage user access permissions and ensure strict adherence to data security and privacy regulations.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and user manuals for knowledge transfer.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in application analysis, support, or implementation, preferably within the healthcare or ERP sector.
- Strong understanding of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and healthcare workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and system security.
