Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and provide technical support for clinical information systems and associated applications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to gather system requirements and identify workflow improvements.
- Perform regular system audits, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve application performance issues.
- Configure and customize application settings to align with clinical operational needs.
- Coordinate with vendors for system updates, patches, and deployment of new functionalities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of new systems and features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or systems analysis, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and healthcare IT protocols (e.g., HL7, DICOM).
- Proficiency in SQL and database management for data extraction and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) or electronic medical records (EMR) is highly preferred.
