We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Application Configuration Lead to join the TradeX Network Inc team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing the merging of code from various branches, ensuring that integration is seamless and that conflicts are resolved proactively to maintain high code integrity.
As a technical leader in configuration management, you will bridge the gap between development and deployment, ensuring that application configurations are optimized and consistent across all environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust CI/CD practices and ensure that software releases meet our stringent quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the code merging process across multiple development branches to ensure a smooth integration into the main codebase.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve code conflicts to prevent integration bottlenecks.
- Maintain strict code integrity and quality standards throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Oversee application configuration settings to ensure optimal performance and security across all environments.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and configuration workflows.
- Conduct regular code reviews focusing on configuration consistency and adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor junior developers on best practices for version control and conflict resolution strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application configuration, software development, or DevOps engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Git, version control systems, and CI/CD tools.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience managing complex software integration projects.
- Proven track record of resolving code conflicts and maintaining code integrity in large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide technical teams and influence best practices.
