- Serve as the primary functional owner for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements.
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with clients.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Global HR, and other related modules.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during testing, training, and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and data migration.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
- In-depth knowledge of Core HR and Global HR processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle HCM projects, from design to deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
