Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical application support and engineering solutions to clients and internal sales teams.
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of assigned engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to prepare compelling technical proposals, presentations, and solution designs.
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality procedures.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as the primary technical point of contact for projects.
- Generate and present detailed project status reports, technical documentation, and post-project analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in application engineering, technical support, or project management, preferably within the power, industrial automation, or electronics sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing engineering projects, showcasing strong organizational and execution skills.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, control systems, power electronics, and relevant industry standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to diagnose and rectify intricate technical challenges.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
