- Monitor and maintain application performance to ensure optimal data processing
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in database systems and applications
- Collaborate with development teams to implement application enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation for application configurations and procedures
- Provide tier-2 technical support for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct data quality audits and implement corrective measures
- Participate in system upgrades and migration projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or database management
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one major RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MySQL)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with ITIL processes and incident management systems
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL) preferred
