Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications and features based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and expertise for computer-related hardware and software across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation for applications, systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Actively participate in the deployment and delivery of IT training programs for end-users on new and existing applications.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and strict adherence to best practices and company standards.
- Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve application development and support processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Application Developer, Software Engineer, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript, and relevant development frameworks.
- Solid experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
