Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Kingdee application solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, and configure Kingdee ERP/CRM applications and related modules to meet specific client needs.
- Perform system integration with other enterprise applications and databases, ensuring data consistency and process flow.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the stability and performance of developed solutions.
- Provide expert consultancy and guidance to clients on best practices for Kingdee solution implementation and utilization.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for end-users and client IT teams.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting, resolving application issues promptly and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in application development, software consulting, or system implementation.
- Proven experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business application systems (experience with Kingdee products is a significant advantage).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, SQL, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
