Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to sales teams and clients on Oliver Valves' product portfolio, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Analyze customer technical specifications and requirements, recommending optimal valve solutions and configurations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, tenders, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards (e.g., API, ASME).
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, design, and production teams to address customized client needs and ensure manufacturability.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and advancements in valve technology and Oil & Gas standards.
- Participate in site visits, troubleshooting, and post-sales support activities as required to resolve application-related issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and consultants, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Application Engineer, Design Engineer, or similar role within the valve manufacturing or Oil & Gas industry.
- Vast knowledge and demonstrable expertise in various valve designs, functionalities, and materials.
- In-depth understanding of relevant Oil & Gas industry standards, codes, and practices (e.g., API 6A, 6D, 600, ASME B16.34, NACE MR0175).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse technical and commercial audiences.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
