Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers regarding product installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Conduct on-site visits to perform product demonstrations, feasibility studies, and site surveys.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot Riken Keiki measuring instruments at customer facilities.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and documentation for project submissions.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with the R&D team to improve product performance based on real-world usage.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and technical data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an application engineering or technical support role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial measurement principles, flow meters, and level meters is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Ability to travel to various client sites within the region as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
