Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer requirements and develop application solutions for power systems
- Provide technical support to sales team and customers during the pre-sales process
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including application notes and user manuals
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with R&D team to identify product improvements based on customer feedback
- Deliver technical training to internal staff and key customers
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to power systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in application engineering or technical support
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, electrical systems, and control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Proficient in technical documentation and presentation tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with customer relationship management and technical support processes
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
