Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and solutions for glass manufacturing machinery
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at client sites
- Develop customized applications to optimize production processes
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with R&D team to implement product improvements
- Prepare technical documentation and performance reports
- Conduct on-site machinery audits and process evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial machinery support
- Strong knowledge of glass manufacturing processes preferred
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM and engineering simulation software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site assignments
