We are looking for a highly motivated Application Engineer to join the innovative team at Sky-Tag Robotics. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our engineering department and our valued clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that our advanced robotics solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently within the client's environment. As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction by delivering technical expertise, troubleshooting complex issues, and facilitating seamless product integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and on-site troubleshooting for Sky-Tag Robotics systems to ensure optimal client performance.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for new and existing customers to maximize product utilization.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D and firmware teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement necessary product improvements based on client feedback.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate technical documentation, including installation guides, manuals, and case studies.
- Perform field visits and oversee the initial setup and calibration of robotic systems at client sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or a related role within the robotics or automation industry.
- Strong understanding of robotics concepts, PLC programming, and embedded systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to diagnosing technical failures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software, as well as basic programming knowledge (Python, C++, or LabVIEW).
