Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and training for clients utilizing AEC software suites.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase innovative design workflows.
- Analyze client requirements to implement tailored software solutions that improve project efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless product integration for construction and architecture projects.
- Develop technical documentation, tutorials, and knowledge-base content for end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest AEC industry trends, including AI integration, sustainability metrics, and digital twin technology.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues arising during the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry or as an Application/Technical Engineer.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D) is highly required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude for software implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based contract environment.
