Tanggung Jawab
- Review and interpret project specifications, architectural drawings, and HVAC schematics to determine BMS requirements.
- Design and develop DDC (Direct Digital Control) logic and control sequences for various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and utilities.
- Select and specify appropriate BMS hardware and software components, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Develop and program PLC/BMS controllers using industry-standard platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Trane).
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning to ensure proper operation and adherence to design specifications.
- Perform on-site commissioning of BMS installations, including calibration, system integration, and functional performance testing.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of BMS solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including functional specifications, control diagrams, as-built drawings, and operation manuals.
- Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Application Engineer or Controls Engineer, specifically with Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Strong knowledge of DDC controls, PLC programming, and various communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LON).
- In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units (AHUs), and variable air volume (VAV) systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings (electrical, mechanical, control schematics).
- Hands-on experience with system commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Relevant certifications in BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell) are a plus.
