Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end engineering, programming, and commissioning of BMS control systems for commercial and industrial projects.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, logic sequences, and point schedules tailored to client operational needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to safety standards, quality protocols, and timeline constraints.
- Conduct site surveys and performance audits to optimize building energy management systems.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues within integrated building automation networks.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and onsite project managers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation.
- Proficiency in programming protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and proprietary JCI system software.
- Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and energy management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical teams and manage client relationships.
- Professional certification in relevant building automation or energy management systems is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
