Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and engineering solutions for downhole tool deployment and chemical treatment programs.
- Analyze well data to recommend optimal tools and chemical formulations to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to supervise installations, ensure safety compliance, and provide field troubleshooting support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including job procedures, reports, and performance summaries.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical inquiries and offering proactive service improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify new business opportunities and service improvements.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to keep our service offerings competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in downhole tools or oilfield chemical application engineering.
- Strong understanding of drilling, completion, and workover operations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical data and translate it into actionable engineering recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in challenging site environments.
- Proficiency in engineering software tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel to remote field locations as required by project needs.
