Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients regarding mechanical and electrical system applications.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to optimize product functionality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, project reports, and submission materials.
- Assist in the implementation of mechanical and electrical components, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Participate in pre-sales and post-sales technical activities to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and engineering technologies to maintain competitive project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and technical drafting.
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and electrical circuit integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with cross-disciplinary skills in both mechanical and electrical domains are highly preferred.
