Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical consulting and application support for mechanical systems to industrial manufacturing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to translate client requirements into viable technical proposals and system specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for stakeholders and end-users across the SEA region.
- Perform complex system sizing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve performance issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, and troubleshooting manuals for internal and external use.
- Assist in the commissioning and testing phases of new equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive mechanical technologies in the region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in an application engineering or technical support role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical components, power transmission, and fluid power systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the SEA region as required by business operations.
