Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document customer's existing photolithography processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance production rates and yield efficiency
- Provide on-site technical support for photolithography equipment and systems
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and technical training materials
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies into existing workflows
- Conduct process audits and performance evaluations using statistical methods
- Present technical recommendations to stakeholders and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing or photolithography
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical processes
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment (steppers, track systems) and metrology tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with process optimization methodologies (DOE, SPC)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced manufacturing environments
