Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize retail IT applications including POS systems, payment gateways, and mobile commerce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for retail technology projects
- Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex retail system issues
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance retail platform functionalities
- Conduct system testing, performance optimization, and documentation of retail IT solutions
- Stay current with retail technology trends and recommend system improvements
- Train internal teams and clients on new retail system implementations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in application development for retail or e-commerce systems
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C#, Python) and database management
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, payment processing, and mobile application development
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing system issues and implementing solutions
- Certifications in retail technology or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and client training
