Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical application support for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment integration issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and application notes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions for clients and internal staff.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Liaise with R&D teams to communicate field feedback and support product development cycles.
- Ensure all technical implementations align with industry safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Application Engineering or Technical Support role, preferably within the semiconductor sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a North-based facility with standard office hours.
