In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our cutting-edge semiconductor solutions and our clients' success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers regarding semiconductor product development and system integration.
- Manage and oversee product qualification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-effective product solutions for clients.
- Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
- Conduct product troubleshooting and perform root-cause analysis to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Support the sales process by delivering technical demonstrations and pre-sales engineering expertise.
- Develop technical documentation, application notes, and whitepapers for internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Application Engineer, Field Application Engineer, or similar role within the semiconductor industry.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, hardware architecture, and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex integrated circuits or systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment or technical consultancy role.
- Proficiency in hardware design software and standard laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
