Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage sales orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO) with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor order status throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and components
- Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues that may arise
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications
- Collaborate with Application Engineers to provide operational support and technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, or technical support roles
- Familiarity with panel manufacturing industry processes and terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and order management software
