Are you a technical professional with a passion for industrial engineering and customer success? Contromatic Prima Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer to join our expanding team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary technical interface between our innovative fluid control solutions and our diverse industrial clientele.
As an Application Engineer, you will not just be selling valves; you will be solving complex engineering challenges. You will provide end-to-end technical support, from initial inquiry and product selection to commercial quotation and post-sales technical consultation. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is dedicated to driving competitive, high-value solutions across the manufacturing, oil & gas, and process industries.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical and commercial support for our range of industrial valves and fluid control systems.
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend optimal, cost-effective product solutions.
- Prepare accurate, detailed technical quotations and commercial proposals in a timely manner.
- Handle technical inquiries from clients, offering troubleshooting support and product guidance.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to position Contromatic solutions as a competitive market leader.
- Conduct technical presentations or site visits as required to support client project success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or product support within the valve, piping, or instrumentation industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial fluid systems, valve specifications, and actuation components.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong aptitude for business development and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ERP software is highly preferred.
