Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Payroll application solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure Workday modules, integrations, and workflows specifically for payroll processing.
- Perform comprehensive system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, bugs, and anomalies within the Payroll application.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies through system configuration.
- Maintain accurate documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Workday Payroll configuration, reporting, and integration tools.
- Deep understanding of payroll cycles, tax regulations, and financial data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
