Join Murata, a global leader in the manufacturing of electronic components and passive components, as an Application Engineer in Yishun. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our engineering teams and our customers across the ASEAN, India, and Oceania regions. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing expert technical pre-sales support and assisting local sales teams to achieve key design wins. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical pre-sales support to expand Murata’s business footprint in the ASEAN, India, and Oceania markets.
- Collaborate closely with the local sales team to identify customer needs and support the design-in process for new product launches.
- Analyze customer specifications and circuit designs to recommend the optimal Murata component solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits and technical troubleshooting to resolve complex application issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside R&D teams to develop new applications and improve existing products based on market feedback.
- Create and maintain technical application notes, datasheets, and training materials for internal and external use.
- Act as a technical consultant to build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and design engineers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor sales engineering, technical support, or application engineering.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit design, component selection, and signal integrity principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving customer success.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (ASEAN, India, Oceania) for client meetings and technical support.
- Familiarity with design tools and simulation software (e.g., SPICE, Multisim) is highly desirable.
