Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze user requirements and technical specifications to design and implement effective engineering application solutions.
- Collaborate with software development teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot bugs, diagnose errors, and ensure system stability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system architecture diagrams.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization of engineering software to ensure efficiency and reliability under high loads.
- Provide technical support and training to internal engineering staff and clients regarding application usage and features.
- Assist in the integration of third-party applications and tools into the existing engineering ecosystem.
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications, including advanced usage of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Familiarity with basic engineering software tools and technical concepts is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
