- Design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions for payroll systems using middleware technologies
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define integration requirements and specifications
- Implement API configurations and ETL processes for seamless data synchronization
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor system performance, and implement preventive measures
- Document integration architectures, processes, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and regulatory requirements
- Stay current with integration trends and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in application integration, preferably with payroll or HR systems
- Proficiency in middleware tools (MuleSoft, Tibco, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and SQL databases
- Experience with API development and enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies
- Certification in integration architecture (e.g., MuleSoft Anypoint Platform) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
