Join Luxoft as an Application Maintenance/L3 Production Support Specialist for a leading bank in Asia with a global network spanning more than 500 branches and offices across 19 countries and territories. This critical role involves providing third-level support for core banking applications, ensuring system stability, and resolving complex technical issues that impact banking operations.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, diagnosing application errors, and implementing effective solutions to maintain high availability of critical banking systems. You will collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and contribute to long-term system improvements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide third-level production support for core banking applications, resolving complex technical issues and system failures
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with development teams to diagnose root causes of application errors
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system changes in detail
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Provide on-call support for critical banking systems as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application maintenance and production support
- Strong knowledge of core banking systems and financial technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues in production environments
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus
