Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end application lifecycle management, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Lead system integration projects to ensure seamless connectivity between applications and databases
- Implement and optimize automation tools for application deployment and operational workflows
- Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Establish and maintain robust security protocols for application environments
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application management and system integration
- Proficiency in middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, API gateways)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Certification in ITIL, DevOps, or related technical domains
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
