Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and training for Portable Analytical Instruments (XRF) to ensure optimal customer usage
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase instrument capabilities to potential clients
- Collaborate with sales team to develop customized solutions addressing customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for analytical products
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product performance and support
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related technical field
- Experience with analytical instruments, particularly XRF technology, preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex product specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Metro Manila industrial market and customer landscape
- Proficiency in English and Filipino with clear verbal/written communication
- Experience in technical sales or customer support roles advantageous
