Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot medical and healthcare software applications to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for software performance issues and system integration bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates, patches, and feature enhancements.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize application responsiveness.
- Draft and update technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides for internal staff and clients.
- Manage database queries and reporting scripts to support clinical data requirements.
- Liaise with software vendors and infrastructure teams to resolve escalated technical incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support or systems engineering, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and Windows/Linux server environments.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Health Information Systems (HIS) is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
