We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Application Specialist for Operating Room Equipment to join our team at Indosopha Sakti. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting healthcare professionals by ensuring the optimal performance and utilization of operating room equipment, including operating tables and related surgical infrastructure.
As an Application Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clinical teams, providing hands-on training, technical troubleshooting, and expert guidance on product applications. Your expertise will help enhance surgical workflows, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen relationships with hospital and clinic partners across Jakarta.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and application training for operating room equipment, including operating tables and surgical accessories
- Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for surgeons, nurses, and medical staff
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with service teams to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during client meetings
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, specifications, and clinical applications
- Prepare technical reports, training materials, and user documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and medical conferences to showcase products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Health Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in medical equipment sales, support, or applications
- Understanding of operating room workflows and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Jakarta and surrounding areas
- Experience with operating tables or surgical equipment is preferred
