Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for clients.
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspection of technical machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technical solutions and upgrades.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites as necessary to provide on-site technical assistance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
