Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and manage a diverse team of medical staff, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and local laws.
- Manage clinic inventory, equipment procurement, and budgeting efficiently.
- Foster a positive patient experience by handling inquiries, feedback, and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Implement quality assurance programs and clinical protocols to improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors and medical practitioners to optimize clinic performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of local healthcare laws, medical ethics, and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in medical software, EMR systems, or Microsoft Office Suite.
- CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly preferred.
