Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support for global-scale data segregation and cloud migration initiatives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex issues within the Microsoft 365 environment and integrated cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global IT teams to ensure data integrity and security during critical migration phases.
- Perform root cause analysis for application errors and implement robust, permanent technical fixes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical workflows, migration procedures, and system configurations.
- Deliver expert guidance to project stakeholders regarding cloud data best practices and system performance.
- Manage and resolve incident tickets within a global framework, ensuring strict adherence to established SLAs.
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline routine support tasks and migration processes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Application Support Analyst or in a similar technical support role within a global environment.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Solid understanding of Cloud infrastructure and services, particularly within Azure or AWS ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience supporting large-scale data migration, data segregation, or digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting or other automation tools to facilitate data management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data governance and information security protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse international teams.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Azure Fundamentals.
