Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of critical data warehouse applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement necessary patches, fixes, and system upgrades.
- Conduct regular system analysis and performance tuning to identify potential bottlenecks.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to internal users regarding application functionality.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all supported statistical applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in Application Support, IT Helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouse technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts is a plus.
