  • Provide first and second-level technical support to clients using our SaaS applications
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues in a timely manner

  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems
  • Train clients on new features and functionality of our applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge base articles

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in application support or technical support roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud technologies
  • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries
