Join Verinon Technology Solution as an Application Support Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical Treasury & Money Market systems. This position offers the opportunity to own end-to-end availability, reliability, performance, and disaster-recovery readiness for our clients' most important financial applications.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be at the forefront of troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining complex software systems that drive financial operations. Your expertise will directly impact the stability and performance of applications that handle high-value transactions and sensitive financial data. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
This contract position is based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre and offers competitive compensation in the range of RM 11,500 to RM 13,000 per month. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of Treasury & Money Market systems
- Implement and test disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and system errors
- Collaborate with development teams to implement system improvements and patches
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and end-users
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance windows
- Analyze system performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in application support or system administration
- Strong understanding of financial systems, particularly Treasury & Money Market applications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance analysis software
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
